MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Springfield Fostering is looking to appoint Independent Fostering Panel Members to join our Fostering Panel. In return for helping us maintain a high standard of care for the children we support, we offer a competitive fee per panel, paid at either a half-day or full-day rate.
Our Fostering Panel is responsible for considering assessments and making recommendations on applicants who wish to foster, ensuring that every child is matched with a safe and supportive home. Panels are held three to four times per year, and successful applicants will be added to the rota alongside our existing panel members.
We are currently seeking panel members based locally. While most panels are held virtually, there will be occasions where attendance at our office for in-person panels is required.
