Springfield Fostering is an Independent Fostering Agency, established in 2025 by Gemma Phillips and Khaqan Mohammed. Together, they have developed a warm, family-focused organisation built on strong values, personalised support, and a commitment to truly understanding each fostering family and member of staff.

At Springfield Fostering, our mission is to provide a nurturing, supportive, and safe environment for children and young people in need of care outside their birth families and to ensure every child has access to a stable, loving home where they can grow, thrive, and achieve their full potential.

The Support We Provide
